Jessica Ramirez is NPP Consultants office manager having started with us in October 2023. We feel lucky to have found Jessica when we did and has been an essential piece of the practice since she's come on board. Jessica came with considerable experience working in administrative roles including offices serving those with mental health concerns. Her references at the time had described Jessica as "detail-oriented", "organized", "reliable", among other notable descriptions of her work ethic. We've certainly recognized these attributes ourselves and benefit from them immensely. Jessica is in the office attending to patient requests and our office needs Mondays-Thursdays 7am-5pm.
